Our tasting room once operated as a grain elevator for the local Echo area grain growers back in the 1940’s. When we undertook the renovation of this site, our primary objective was to preserve its historical significance. As you step inside, you’ll notice the original wood walls, still bearing initials carved by residents from decades past. The floor features glass panels, allowing you to peer into the original hole where grain used to be poured. Additionally, some of our furniture is crafted from salvaged wood, further connecting our space to its storied past.
