Hello, Wine Club Members!
With the launch of our new website, we are changing how we process your club memberships. Most of these changes are on our end, but there are a couple of things you need to know:
- Your April orders will be processed through the old system which is not accessible to the public at this time and why you are momentarily not able to log-in to your account. If you would like to change your membership status before this next shipment, please reach out to kim@echoridgecellars.com
- After April, you will receive a notification asking you to log-in to your account and update your password and payment method. All your account information, except your password and payment, will be in the new system already. To protect your sensitive information, payment information, and password will need to be re-entered.
We are working tirelessly to get things moved over for you so please bear with us during this transition.
